Last updated: 16 Oct 2026. These terms govern your use of the Affordable Plot Scheme website and your participation in the Jan Awas Yojna plotted development at Krish Seasons, Bhiwadi.
1. Eligibility
To apply for a plot under this scheme, you must:
- Be an Indian citizen aged 18 years or above
- Provide accurate personal, contact, and identity information
- Not have been previously allotted a plot under the same scheme, unless permitted by the government's Jan Awas Yojna rules
- Meet any additional eligibility criteria notified by the Rajasthan Government or the developer from time to time
2. Application Process
Applicants must register on this website with a valid email address. The application window is open from 11 October 2026 to 26 October 2026. Submitting an application does not guarantee allotment. All applications are subject to verification of the information provided.
3. Registration Amount
The registration amount of ₹11,000 is:
- Payable online through the secure payment gateway integrated with this website
- Fully refundable for applicants who are not allotted a plot, within 15 working days from the date of allotment
- Non-transferable and applicable only to the scheme described on this website
4. Allotment
Plot allotment will be done on 29 October 2026 through a transparent, computerised draw. The result of the allotment will be communicated by email and will also be visible in your applicant dashboard.
5. Payment Plan
Upon allotment, the following payment plan applies:
- 10% of the total plot cost within 7 days of allotment
- 20% within 30 days of allotment
- 70% within 60 days of allotment
Failure to pay within the stipulated timelines may result in cancellation of allotment as per scheme rules.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Applicants may withdraw their application before the draw date and receive a full refund of the registration amount. Post-allotment cancellation is subject to the developer's cancellation policy and may attract deductions as per government rules.
7. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents you submit. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and forfeiture of any amounts paid.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable step to keep the information on this website accurate, we are not liable for any loss arising from delays, technical errors, or reliance on outdated information. All prices, dates, and offers are subject to change as per the government's Jan Awas Yojna rules.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan.
